One of the highlights of our trip to Jamaica was visiting the Laughing Waters in Ochos Rios. We met Tony, who is a tour guide that services the resort we were staying at (The Jamaica Inn) and he told us about the adventure.

What to pack for vacation?? We leave for Jamaica next week and I seriously can’t wait. I always struggle with a bit of anxiety when leaving my kiddos behind, but once I land in paradise, I’m ready to have a great time. This will be beach trip number 2 for the year, and after over-packing the first time around, I have a pretty good idea of what to bring and what not to bring on this trip.

Girls trip 101! This year I turned 30 and I wanted to do something really fun for my birthday! All of my close friends from high school turned 30 this year also, so we started planning for a fun long weekend in Cabo to get away and celebrate.

This girls trip first came up as a possibility in January, and while we all go on our own trips individually, this was our first time traveling together, so I was very excited to get some ideas going!

In total transparency, I was anti-cruise for years. The thought of being on a boat and the risk of getting sea sick, or (in my paranoid mind), falling off the boat, was just too much for me to handle.
