3 Tips For Having A Successful New Year

A new decade is upon us, and unless you do the work now, 2020 may not start off the way you hope. That’s why we are here to help. We’re sharing 3 key tips to ensuring you have a successful new year. Let’s kick off 2020 with a bang and crush our goals, okay?!

  1. Establish your vision/goals for 2020.
    • Sounds cliche right? But this simple action sets the tone and lays the foundation for the days ahead. What do you want to accomplish? Map out your goals IN WRITING and decide whether or not they will be broken down by month, quarter or just your overall year.
  2. Be extremely specific when envisioning/praying/asking for what you want.
    • When setting your vision for the new year, state exactly what you want. This is crucial because it forces you to be laser focused. You cannot expect to accomplish a generic, unspecific goal. It won’t happen.
  3. Create the game plan and establish timelines.
    • You can’t say I want to pay off all of my debt, or I want to launch my business without mapping out the who, what, when, where and how that is going to happen. Don’t get me wrong, you DO NOT have to have everything figured about before pressing play on your dreams … but you have to have a game plan.
    • Set timelines with your goals and build the roadmap for how you will accomplish them.

These tips to having a successful year are an inside look at how we planned our year to ensure we were successful in 2019. I’m excited to share them with you and want you to CRUSH this new year.

Be intentional, be specific and stay focused on your goals. This is your year! Claim it now and go get to work making this a successful new year. Here’s a link to my 2019 new year post, it’s always fun to look back and see how far you’ve come.
