I shared over on social earlier today this preppy look and it’s one of two looks that I’ve put together trying out a different style. I’m the first to admit that this is not typically my style. But I am always open to trying new things and showing you guys how to style pieces that you may not normally gravitate towards. I raided the J. Crew near my house in search of the ever so popular vest and chambray top trend. I wanted to give it a spin and show how I would style this look, even if it’s not my normal style.
These vests have been around season after season. I’m sure you all have seen them! I took the typical approach and styled this look with a chambray top and a fun beanie, but of course had to add a little “Stephanie” to it. I did so by wearing pink velvet shoes to really spice things up and add my own take a on this common look.
