Okay guys, I have a confession! Buying gifts for men is my least favorite thing to do. I don’t know about you, but my husband is very hard to shop for. And before I had him, my dad was even harder!
You’d think after 10 years of marriage and 31 years of knowing my dad that it would be easy to buy gifts for men in my life, but I still struggle every year. In order to avoid the last minute stress of what to buy for the man in your life, I rounded up a few essentials that any guy is sure to love.

- Keep it simple, I think what gets me in trouble every year is overthinking what to get for my husband. He’s a pretty easy going guy, so I try to think about things that he can get really good use out of. Men like function! So keep that in mind when shopping for the man in your life.
- Get creative, if you have a guy that’s the sentimental type, think of ways to incorporate a special memory!
- Adventure awaits, my husband loves to travel and is always up for trying something new and exciting. Research a mini getaway if a big trip isn’t in the budget. Time to recharge together or separate is good for the soul. My husband and I travel both together and separately (with friends) every year. I’d love to surprise him with a getaway one year!
